Terms & Conditions
Working Together
By engaging Studio Flowmo, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all projects, proposals, services, and invoices unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Scope of Work
We’ll deliver the services outlined in your proposal, statement of work, or agreed scope. Anything outside of this scope (including additional revisions, formats, or deliverables) may be quoted and billed separately before work begins.
Fees & Payment
Invoices are issued as outlined in your proposal and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
A late fee of $50 may be applied to invoices not paid by the due date.
All fees are quoted in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects moving smoothly, we rely on timely feedback, approvals, and the supply of any required content or assets. Delays in providing these may impact timelines and delivery dates.
Intellectual Property
All work remains the property of Studio Flowmo until payment has been received in full.
Once payment is complete, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, as outlined in the agreed scope. Studio Flowmo reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the project.
Changes, Pauses & Termination
Either party may pause or terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. Any booked or scheduled work may be invoiced accordingly.
Liability
Studio Flowmo’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or profits.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Acceptance
By proceeding with a project, signing a proposal, or paying an invoice, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
